The Imam Mustafa Raza Research Centre was founded by Hazrat Allama Maulana Afthab Cassim al-Qaadiri Razvi Noori who is an Islamic Scholar, Theologian, Jurist, Writer, Orator and Teacher. He has founded the organisation for the upliftment of Islam and to publicise the true and pristine teachings of real Islam.
Maulana is the mureed of Huzoor Taajush Shariah Allama Mufti Mohammad Akhtar Raza Khan Qaadiri Azhari (Alaihir Rahma) and has been blessed with the Khilaafat and Wikaalat by Huzoor Taajush Shariah (Alaihir Rahma). He has also been blessed with Khilaafat from Mumtaz ul Fuqaha Huzoor Muhadith-e-Kabeer Allama Zia-ul-Mustafa Qaadiri, Muhadith-e-Bareilly Hazrat Allama Tehseen Raza Khan (Alaihir Rahma) and Mujahid e Ahlus Sunnah Hazrat Allama Sayyid Shah Turab Ul Haq Qaadiri (Alaihir Rahma).
